Ceragon Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq:CRNT), which provides high-capacity wireless backhaul solutions, said early this morning that Idea Cellular, its long-time customer and one of India's mobile operators, is deploying Ceragon's FibeAir solutions as part of a new network expansion into India's Bihar region.

Ceragon will power Idea's network with high-capacity microwave backhaul solutions, which will allow Idea to support a greater number of mobile service subscribers. The firm says revenue from the sale is expected to top $3 million.

Shares edged up 2%, or $0.15, to $8.90 in pre-market trading. For detailed price information and recent news stories about Ceragon Networks, click CRNT.
