Marcial told SmallCapInvestor.com he is optimistic about small cap stocks. “…And the economy is tame, as well, not hitting a homerun and not running full on all cylinders, but growing anyway, albeit slowly…This is the kind of environment in which small cap companies do better,” said Marcial. “When the sub-prime mortgage debacle settles down — and I think it will — the small caps will start flying high again.”
