Lynne Heitman has extensive business experience as both a management consultant and senior manager. She spent much of her career in the airline business working in a range of financial positions before becoming CFO for a small engineering services firm in Seattle. She has also held significant positions in operations, human resources, and leadership training, and is currently working as a professional writer and consultant to the financial services industry. Lynne is also a published author, having turned her eventful years as general manager for American Airlines at Boston's LoganAirport into four full length thrillers.
