Matt Ragas

Contributing author Matt Ragas is an investment writer and analyst with ten years of experience analyzing small and microcap stocks, with a particular emphasis on value and turnaround situations.

Matt was previously a co-founder and principal of Indie Research, a leading independent investment research firm. Indie's subscription-based services include FindProfit.com, InsiderScore.com, Bull Market Report and Next Inning Technology Research.

Prior to Indie Research, Matt was the founding editor of RagingBull, one of the earliest and largest online investor communities. Matt also spent a stint as an associate with an early-stage technology venture capital firm and has authored two books, both with Crown Business/Random House. He has lectured at Harvard Business and MIT Sloan.
