Will Atkinson

Will Atkinson graduated magna cum laude from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C., in May 2007 with a degree in print journalism. While at Winthrop, Will was managing editor of the campus newspaper, The Johnsonian. He was named the Outstanding Junior and Outstanding Senior by Winthrop's mass communication department. He has received awards from the South Carolina Press Association and the Hearst Foundation for his reporting. Will is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Gamma Mu, and Kappa Tau Alpha honors societies. He was picked by The Rock Hill Herald to be the official Winthrop blogger his senior year.
