RightNow Technologies drops on wider Q2 loss

Shares of RightNow Technologies (Nasdaq: RNOW) are down $2.43, or 15%, to $13.61, at 3:39 p.m. ET on news the management software solutions provider reported a wider second-quarter net loss.
The net loss for the three months ended June 30 was $3.8 million, or $0.11 per share, compared with a net loss of $0.1 million, or $0.00 per share, during the same quarter of 2006, the Bozeman, Mont.-based company said before the start of trading.
Founder and CEO Greg Gianforte apparently preferred to focus on revenue.
