Department store retailer The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: BONT) this morning reported fourth quarter 2007 earnings that beat analysts’ estimates and issued fiscal 2008 earnings guidance for which the upper end of the range was above the consensus on Wall Street. Shares of the York, Pa.-based small cap gained 10.3%, or $0.54, to $5.80 in pre-market.
