Prospect Capital to offer 3 M shares
Private equity firm Prospect Capital Corp. (Nasdaq:PSEC) said Tuesday after the close that it will offer 3 million shares of its common stock at a par value $0.001 per share. The firm said it will use the proceeds to repay outstanding indebtedness, fund investments in portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes.
