Wireless backhaul provider Ceragon Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: CRNT) said early this morning that it will partner with ECI Telecom Ltd., which delivers communications platforms to carriers and service providers, to offer a joint multi-service transport radio for carriers.

The partnership will address the demand for an end-to-end integrated wireline and wireless backhaul solution, and offers reduced time-to-market, improved manageability and lower integration costs.

Shares edged down 3.7%, or $0.38, to $9.82 in pre-market trading. For detailed price information and recent news stories about Ceragon Networks, click CRNT.
