ATA, American Realty Investors and Quaker Chemical among 52-week highs

ATA Inc. (Nasdaq: ATAI), American Realty Investors, Inc. (NYSE: ARL) and Quaker Chemical Corp. (NYSE: KWR) were among the new 52-week highs established during Tuesday's trading among companies with market capitalizations or values under $750 million.

Stepan Co. (NYSE: SCL), CollaGenex Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Nasdaq: CGPI) and Tompkins Financial Corp. (AMEX: TMP) were also among the 52-week highs.
