Hayes Lemmerz International to liquidate brake component facilities

Shares of Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAYZ) are edging up in pre-market trading today after the global supplier of automotive and commercial highway wheels said that it will sell its automotive brake component facilities located in Homer, Mich. and Apodaca, Mexico for approximately $58 million in cash.

The small cap said it expects to complete the sale on Nov. 9.

Shares of Hayes Lemmerz (HAYZ) edged up 3.46%, or $0.15, to $4.49 in pre-market trading. International Shares of Hayes Lemmerz International have been trading in the range of $1.82 to $7.98 for the past 52 weeks.
