Iomai skyrockets 116% on buyout news

Iomai Corp. (Nasdaq:IOMI) shares are skyrocketing 116% after the Gaithersburg, Md.-based biopharmaceutical firm announced it is being bought by Intercell AG for $189 million in a stock-and-cash deal. Intercell, and Austria-based vaccine developer, will pay $6.60 per share, a 126% premium from Monday’s closing price.
