Willow Financial Bancorp soars 21% on buyout news

Willow Financial Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq:WFBC) are up 21% after the Wayne, Penn.-based announced it is being bought by Harleysville National Corp. for about $162 million in stock. Harleysville said it wants to expand its Pennsylvania presence. Willow shareholders will receive 0.73 Harleysville shares for each share held as part of the acquisition deal.
