AEterna Zentaris completes sale of Quebec City building for $7.1M

AEterna Zentaris Inc. (Nasdaq:AEZS) said Friday the Canada-based company had completed the sale of its Quebec City property for $7.1 million in cash. The proceeds will fund the biopharmaceutical company’s Phase 3 program with cetrorelix in benign prostatic hyperplasia, the company said Friday. Shares of AEterna Zentaris were up about 6% in pre-market trading, with shares at $1.06 ahead of the bell.
