The SmallCapInvestor.com Top 25 Composite is a computer-generated ranking of the leading stocks in the small-cap universe. Rankings are based on a stock’s fundamentals, projected growth rates, institutional sponsorship and technical trend lines. This composite is comprised of stocks that are showing an increased relative strength to the Russell 2000. As a result, this index should outperform the Russell over long periods of time. A company's inclusion in the ranking should not be viewed as a recommendation.
