Stream Global Services hits new 52-week low on tender offerShares of Stream Global Services Inc. (AMEX:OOO) sank 18% to a new 52-week low Tuesday after the Boston-based technical support company announced it had not withdrawn nearly 21 million shares as part of its self-tender offer. Stream said it will purchase nearly 20.8 million shares at $8 per share for a total of $166 million. By mid-day, the stock is at $6.15, down $1.35 from Mondayʼs close, after trading as low as $5.30 earlier in the day. Previously, the stock had ranged between $7.15 and $7.99 in the past year.
