Oak Hill Financial to be bought by WesBancoShares of Oak Hill Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: OAKF) skyrocketed this morning after reporting that it is being acquired by WesBanco, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSBC) in a deal valued at $201 million. Oak Hill will be bought by WesBanco for either 1.256 shares of WesBanco common stock or cash of $38 per share for each share of OAKF stock. The transaction is expected to be completed late in the fourth quarter of this year.
